Reporting of Stolen Identity of Bol Pianos and 38 Stolen Pianos by Mrs. Alice Mumbi, one of our former Sales Agents
We confirm by this that the sole owner of the goods of BOL Pianos is Mr. Ronald Gerdinus BOL (as the name indicates) by his appointment by the Factory since 2012 by of himself and his company Bol Piano’s & Vleugels B.V. We attach naming from the Factory that is the producer of the pianos.
www.bolpianos.co.ke is only and entirely own by Ronald Gerdinus BOL since its creation in 2011, as below, so no other parties or so called company can speak in our name.
No other third parties can legitimately or legally claim to be or to speaking in our name as Bol Pianos, except Mr. Ronald Gerdinus BOL who is the sole representative and owner of the pianos in his own name as sole genuine owner of the goods as his own name indicates.
Caution any third parties past agents called Alice Mumbi, Bol Holdings Africa LTD, BOLPIANOS LTD, WOW Pianos does not speak in our name nor represents us and it has nothing to do with our pianos except the fact that Alice Mumbi, as past agent, stolen 38 Pianos from our shop. We indicate below the pianos stolen by Mrs. Alice Mumbi and serial numbers of the pianos that were stolen from Bol Pianos, namely from Mr. Ronald Gerdinus Bol without being paid and are reported at the police as stolen pianos for the customers to not buy stolen goods because she has never paid for, but stolen :
